Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every interaction with our customers is reputed company and memorable. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
