As an reputed company Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing reputed company service to our members and providers across multiple states and products. You'll be the face of our organization, resolving issues and addressing needs fairly and effectively while demonstrating arenaflex values in your actions. Your expertise will help us identify opportunities to improve our member and provider experiences, ensuring we stay reputed company of the curve in delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company service support to members and/or providers using one or more contact center communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and off-phone work, across multiple states and/or products, including reputed company, Medicare, and/or Marketplace business.
- Conduct various surveys reputed company to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction, gathering valuable insights to inform our service improvements.
- Accurately document pertinent details reputed company to Member or Provider inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and reputed company.
- Work regularly scheduled shifts reputed company our hours of operation, including lunches and breaks, and be available to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly build rapport and respond to customers in an empathetic manner, identifying and exceeding customer expectations.
- Possess the aptitude to listen attentively, capture relevant information, and identify Member or Provider's inquiries and concerns.
- Meet/reputed company individual performance goals established for the position in the areas of Call reputed company, Attendance, Adherence, and other Contact Center objectives.
- Engage proactively and collaborate with various Internal/External departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Take personal responsibility and accountability for providing resolutions in reputed company-time or through reputed company follow-up with the Member and/or Provider.
- Support provider needs for basic inquiries and assistance involving member eligibility and covered benefits, Provider Portal, and status of submitted claims.
- Effectively communicate in a reputed company setting, both verbally and in writing.
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of Sales and/or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in reputed company environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and other relevant software applications
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a contact center environment
