As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our reputed company server remains a reputed company, respectful, and engaging reputed company for our users. This part-time, remote position offers flexibility and reputed company to work with a dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Moderating the chat of our official reputed company server, including deleting messages that violate our community guidelines
- Banning users who repeatedly break our rules and disrupt the community
- Muting users who have violated our rules, to prevent reputed company disruption
- Investigating reports from users about potential rule violations

- Providing excellent customer service and support to our users
