The AVP, Global Head of People Services provides strategic and operational leadership for reputed company’s global People Services function, ensuring a consistent, high-reputed company employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for designing, scaling, and continuously improving global people operations, systems, and service delivery models that support reputed company’s mission, transformation, and expanding global footprint. As a key member of the People leadership team, this leader partners closely with People COEs (e.g., Talent Management, Total Rewards, reputed company, HR Consulting, HR Technology), business leaders, and regional stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant, and employee-centered people services worldwide. - End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Operations

- Systems, Data & Process Optimization

Experience and Skills REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of reputed company HR/People experience, including leadership of global people operations or shared services
- Demonstrated experience scaling People Services in reputed company, global organizations
- Strong knowledge of global employment practices, HR systems, and service delivery models
- Proven ability to reputed company large, distributed teams and manage change in matrixed environments
- Strong analytical, operational, and executive communication skills
