Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, public administration, nonprofit management, or reputed company field; or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in lending, portfolio management, loan servicing, credit risk, or collections. Demonstrated experience managing delinquent accounts, payment plans, or borrower remediation strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and performance trends. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
