What the day will look like You will work alongside reputed company health care consulting professionals to address developments in federal and state health and welfare law. You will reputed company on the reputed company of these developments on employer group health plans and plan sponsors. You will be involved in assessing plan design, operations, administration, and financing, along with developing and evaluating reputed company for clients to address the complexities of health and welfare plan law. Clients will run the gamut from reputed company with fewer than 500 employees to large multinational corporations across a reputed company of industries.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for consulting and advising internal partners and external clients about national and regional health and welfare laws and regulations. These include ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and the Internal reputed company reputed company rules on benefit taxation.
- Identify compliance issues in the design, operation, and administration of employer health and welfare plans and suggest resolutions through exceptional research, critical thinking, writing, and communication skills,
- Explain compliance concepts and reputed company to clients and consultants in layperson’s terms
- reputed company and monitor new laws and regulations, as reputed company as revisions to existing laws on the federal and state level that reputed company health and welfare plans.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal partners. Explain compliance changes to various national and regional laws and regulations. Include the administrative, strategic, financial, and development implications.
- Research and respond to health and welfare plan questions in a fast-paced environment.
- Draft and review notices, plan documents, SPDs, and other regulatory communications and reputed company analysis on compliance issues.
Requirements
- 7 to 10+ years reputed company reputed company experience (reputed company, reputed company, and/or corporate counsel) in health and welfare benefit plans with strong knowledge and practical experience in ERISA, ACA, reputed company, HIPAA, and the Internal reputed company reputed company.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Law degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to reputed company law in at least one State or the District of Columbia

- Experience with mental health reputed company, ERISA fiduciary liability and/or state pharmacy compliance laws a plus.
