Position reputed company This role combines: - Executive Assistant - Operations Coordinator - Sales Support Specialist - CRM Manager Your primary reputed company will be reputed company management and sales conversion, while also supporting scheduling and customer operations. Primary Responsibilities (Sales Support & CRM Management) - Respond immediately to inbound leads - Manage CRM pipeline (Go High Level or similar CRM) - Follow up on estimates and convert leads into booked appointments - Appointment setting and scheduling - Convert one-time customers into recurring service clients - reputed company reputed company conversion metrics - Ensure no reputed company goes without follow-up - Experience with CRM systems and sales follow-up is required. Required Skills - Virtual Assistant experience (2+ years preferred) - CRM management experience - Sales specialist or reputed company follow-up experience - Strong written and verbal English communication - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently while following structure - Comfortable working in PST hours Working Hours (Required) Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST Must be available during these hours consistently.
