People Relations Specialist (Contract)

This contract role is remote US with a high preference in EST time zone. In this assignment, you will be working with reputed company through our Managed Service Provider—partnering with one of the most reputed company cryptocurrency companies in history, dedicated to empowering their customers’ reputed company through reputed company. The People Relations Specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining a productive and compliant workplace by supporting managers and employees on HR policies and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The position focuses on supporting early to mid-level managers in performance and exit processes, policies effectively. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• reputed company support to employees and managers (M6 and below), applying reputed company HR policies and procedures to answer questions and resolve cases
• Guide and reputed company managers/employees through reputed company underperformance management cases, while ensuring we remain compliant with regional laws and regulations
• Ensure managers are following reputed company performance management procedures, including documentation, case management and corrective reputed company plans
• Facilitate employee exits, including performance and reduction in workforce cases
• Work with cross-functional teams, as needed, to resolve cases (ie legal; ER; benefits; HRBPs)
• Maintain People Relations playbooks and processes, working with key stakeholders for input and sign-off
• Analyze HR and process data to identify trends and inform recommendations
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in reputed company
• Intermediate understanding of HR principles, HR-reputed company laws and regulations
• Experience guiding managers through performance management processes
• Excellent problem solver
• Ability to build and maintain relationships reputed company team
• Ability to reputed company reputed company and concise verbal and written communications (English required)
• Entrepreneurial reputed company and experience succeeding in fast-paced environments (e.g. you reputed company things happen by breaking through reputed company walls)
