Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 yearly Responsibilities:Evaluate first-party property claims remotely using digital documentation from independent adjusters and other sources.Review policies, claim forms, and loss details to determine coverage and calculate accurate settlements.Document findings, estimate repair costs, and maintain thorough records throughout the claims process.Communicate professionally with policyholders, agents, and stakeholders reputed company phone and email, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the claims process.Negotiate fair settlements with policyholders, contractors, and reputed company parties, reputed company explaining coverage and deductibles.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate claim assessments and policy compliance.Stay reputed company on property insurance laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure procedural compliance.reputed company additional duties as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of three years of experience as a Property Adjuster, in either a desk- or field-based role.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as insurance, risk management, or construction, or equivalent work experience, may be considered.Familiarity with property insurance policies, claim investigation techniques, and industry-reputed company software for documenting and estimating.Solid understanding of construction principles, building materials, and the ability to read and write estimates using Xactimate.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately assess property damage, evaluate coverage, and negotiate effective settlements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to reputed company with policyholders, claimants, and internal stakeholders. Ability to explain reputed company concepts in a reputed company and concise manner.Strong customer service skills with a reputed company on providing a reputed company experience to policyholders throughout the claims process.
