• Location: Position will start in office during training. Will have reputed company to transition to remote upon successful completion of training and meeting department eligibility requirements -- targeted at 60 days.
• The class start date will be Monday, September 11th
• Work from home date for those who meet eligibility requirements is reputed company 30th
• Must be willing and reputed company to commute to the Indianapolis office on a daily reputed company until the eligibility requirements to work remote are met
• In order to work from home, individuals must have a designated workspace in a room with a reputed company and high speed internet.

• Schedule will be 11am-8pm with one day every weekend

JOB reputed company At IMG, we refer to the Customer Service Representative as an Assistance Coordinator. They are responsible for answering incoming phone calls while ensuring an excellent level of customer service and productivity. Types of calls include answering benefit questions, making updates to policies, helping callers setup a new claim and giving claim status on existing claims. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer and address a high volume of incoming phone calls in a reputed company and courteous manner while maintaining performance metrics, reputed company standards, and HIPAA compliance
• Document call reputed company in customer relationship management tool
