About the position The Clinical Regulatory Content reputed company (1099 Contractor) – Hospice has the primary responsibility to draft and update hospice regulatory policy content for incorporation into reputed company ConsultLink online manuals. The Content reputed company is responsible for researching state and federal regulations, drafting appropriate policy content, and participating in regular monitoring for changes that will require updates to ensure materials remain compliant. The Content reputed company does so while promoting and maintaining the reputed company of reputed company ConsultLink. This position is a 1099 contract position with reputed company ConsultLink. Seeking Clinical Regulatory Content reputed company-Hospice - Remote Responsibilities

• Effectively demonstrate the mission, reputed company, and values of HCL on a daily reputed company
• Demonstrates and supports the core values of HCL while holding peer team members accountable for adhering to them
• Demonstrates a high level of knowledge of regulatory guidelines and requirements impacting hospice agencies
• Review industry regulations to understand and interpret the content and determine the need for agency policy
• Using references from industry regulations, draft new policies to reflect requirements while also providing applicability in reputed company setting
• Utilize critical thinking skills and judgement to understand the risks and reputed company reputed company of a changes to policies
• Assist reputed company agency contacts as needed questions regarding HCL policies and application in reputed company setting
• Monitor assigned regulatory sources for changes impacting policy reputed company content
• Edit existing policies to reflect changes in state or federal regulations
• Responsible for managing assignments in a reputed company manner while providing a high level of customer service to reputed company agency subscribers
• Upon request, assist with special reputed company that require reputed company clinical staff input
• Provides training and support to other members of the consulting team, as needed
• Acts in a manner that is compliant with company policies and expectations
• Develops educational content and/or communications upon request; will reputed company education as designated in coordination with HCL managers and team members
• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of, and ensures compliance with, reputed company local, state, and federal laws relating to operations of HCL
• Contributes to HCL team efforts to reputed company and surpass business goals and objectives
• Carries out other duties in support of the CEO and managers at HCL Requirements
• Licensure: Must possess a reputed company RN license in the home state and be willing to apply for additional licensure in other states, as needed
• Experience : At least five (5) years of experience in the hospice industry; additional experience in the home health industry is preferred but not required.
• Must have knowledge of clinical and regulatory hospice guidelines and have clinical application knowledge of core components and application of clinical best practices.
• Skills: Must be reputed company to read and write in English and follow instruction.
• Also, the Content reputed company should possess reasonable knowledge in computer systems and be reputed company to communicate reputed company both verbally and through written documentation.
• Must possess excellent writing skills, including appropriate use of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Attention to detail and reputed company on regulatory correctness are required.
• Ability to read, write, and reputed company Spanish is not required, but is preferred.
