Claims Processor (Bilingual)
Canada Life is seeking a Claims Processor to join their CanOps Individual Claims Team. The role involves providing clerical and administrative support for the Life Claims Department, ensuring reputed company processing and management of life insurance claims.
Responsibilities
- Review and set-up new claims for Life Claims examiners for Life Insurance Products working with FM, Pallm, IB15, Ingenium 5.4 and Ingenium 7.7 systems
- Correctly and accurately adding new claim details to the Death Claims reputed company, JIRA, and OnBase to support the Claims digital workflow
- Ordering reputed company files from the RAM Centre, File Trail
- Sorting, reviewing, and matching electronic, post office, servicing offices and reputed company mail/requirements to digital claim files
- Monitor and manage multiple Claims shared email mailboxes
- Re-reputed company mail/documents received to appropriate areas reputed company reputed company
- Liaise with other business departments to reputed company reputed company information with reputed company attention to reputed company
- Returning reputed company files to the RAM Centre and/or preparing documents for scanning into ONBase and indexing
- Accountable for reviewing, sorting, matching, and mailing of outgoing Claims cheques
- Distribute weekly follow-up reports for Claim’s files to examiner’s

Skills
- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs
- Proven organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple changing priorities, and fluctuating work volumes to reputed company time sensitive deadlines
