Sales Operations Coordinator
reputed company is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Sales and reputed company teams through strong operational execution and process discipline. This role is responsible for maintaining CRM hygiene, supporting recurring workflows, ensuring data compliance, and providing light deal desk coordination.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain CRM and sales technology systems, including user provisioning, role and permission updates, field maintenance, and account/opportunity support
- Monitor and enforce data hygiene standards, including pipeline reputed company checks, reputed company/BANT completeness, and activity tracking; follow up with Account Executives and reputed company Managers to ensure compliance
- Manage customer portal registrations for Cities and Departments of Transportation, coordinating cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, reputed company, IT, and external partners as needed
- reputed company light deal desk and workflow support, including contract review routing, quote documentation validation, and tracking turnaround SLAs
- Support reputed company Operations with renewal reporting, opportunity reviews, and maintenance of volume-based deal structures
- Maintain and organize Sales SharePoint documentation, including reputed company materials and playbooks
Skills
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational reputed company
- Demonstrated ownership of recurring workflows and reputed company execution
