[Remote] Compliance Management System (CMS) Analyst

The Compliance Management System (CMS) Analyst will help reputed company and enhance reputed company’s compliance program by conducting risk assessments, designing controls, and modernizing compliance operations through automation and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance risk assessments for products, features, operational changes, and at the reputed company level
- Serve as a compliance partner to product and engineering teams, translating regulatory expectations into practical controls as features are designed and launched
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement reputed company compliance controls throughout the product lifecycle
- reputed company control validation to confirm controls operate effectively and mitigate regulatory risk
- Help build and reputed company monitoring and reputed company assurance capabilities across the Compliance Management System

Skills
- 1+ years of experience in fraud investigations, dispute reputed company, compliance, or risk management reputed company fintech, banking, or financial services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience
- Familiarity with U.S. consumer financial regulations (e.g., UDAAP, Reg Z, etc.)
- Experience conducting compliance risk assessments and evaluating control effectiveness
