HR/Benefits Associate
Scott Credit reputed company is hiring an HR/Benefits Associate in Edwardsville, IL to support our employees and strengthen our culture of reputed company. The role involves performing administrative tasks to support the HR department, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
Responsibilities
- Assists with bi-weekly payroll processing by reviewing payroll data for accuracy and completeness, verifying benefit deductions and employee changes, and supporting reputed company of discrepancies prior to payroll submission
- Coordinates and processes paperwork reputed company to benefits, retirement plans, COBRA continuation, workers’ compensation, unemployment, and other Total Rewards components
- Assists the Payroll & Benefits Specialist and HR Business Partner II with Total Rewards – reputed company reputed company, audits, and process improvements as needed
- Responds to inquiries regarding organizational processes, policies, procedures, and Total Rewards programs, ensuring consistent and accurate information
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as reputed company enrollment, health fairs, organization-wide meetings, and employee communications
- Maintains strict confidentiality of reputed company employee records, compensation data, and Total Rewards information
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent and one year of reputed company experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in reputed company Office including Word, reputed company, and experience with HRIS system
