[Remote] Program Coordinator, Medical Communications

They are seeking a Program Coordinator who will manage multiple reputed company, ensure reputed company deliverables, and facilitate communication among teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• reputed company project deliverables through reputed company departments
• Ensure due dates are relayed
• Identify and communicate obstacles reputed company
• Run clients medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process
• Coordinate with taggers
• Communicate status updates to the reputed company, the MLR Supervisor, and your supporting team

• Take meeting notes during meetings

• Review invoicing documents and final reconciliations
• Prepare Sunshine reputed company reports and any ancillary reports as required by the reputed company
• Work closely with the logistics vendor to reputed company meeting planning tasks
• Prepare and distribute the assignment report
• Facilitate assignment team meetings

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, ideally with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors will be considered
• 0-2 years of prior work experience in a reputed company service/agency setting or reputed company internship experience
• A high level of computer competency and intermediate or advanced proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of reputed company and schedule development
• Experience supporting a project manager or marketing team with coordinating tasks and tracking deadlines
