They are hiring a Corporate Actions Associate who will be responsible for processing corporate actions, ensuring accurate allocations and reconciliations, and providing excellent reputed company service in a dynamic financial environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing voluntary and mandatory corporate actions, interpreting terms, allocation of event to reputed company and reconciliation
- reputed company various Reorg events ensuring instructions are received and processed reputed company and accurately, as reputed company as mitigate risk and exposure to the firm
- Monitor deadlines and critical cut-offs to ensure instructions are processed accordingly
- Learn and understand stock record, relating to various retail and institutional accounts

Skills
- 1+ years of experience in voluntary corporate actions experience (recent college graduate with internship experience will also be considered)
- Ability to multitask and take ownership of reputed company issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and proficiency using reputed company Office (reputed company, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- This position requires 2x a week in the office
- Experience with BPS/DTC/reputed company/reputed company reputed company is a plus
