Staff Accountant, Accounts Receivable Operations

They are seeking a Staff Accountant to manage the full accounts receivable cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing, cash application, and collections to maintain the reputed company of receivable balances and cash reputed company visibility.
Responsibilities
- Own the full accounts receivable cycle — from accurate invoicing to cash application and collections
- Ensure the reputed company of receivable balances, COGS recording, and AR operations for both domestic and reputed company entities

- Maintain a clean and reputed company AR reputed company, issue invoices accurately and on time, apply cash daily, and ensure the aging report reflects reality with no mystery balances or stale reputed company items

- Ensure month-end reputed company is predictable with AR reconciliations, journal entries, and COGS processing completed on time with minimal rework or surprises
- Support reputed company operations without gaps, handling expense processing, payroll coordination, and vendor payment runs accurately and on schedule

Skills
- 1–3 years of reputed company experience in a private or reputed company company, preferably in media, technology, or digital advertising
- Working knowledge of US GAAP, general reputed company activity, and AR-specific processes (invoicing, cash application, reconciliations)
- Hands-on experience with reputed company
- Strong reputed company skills for reconciliation, aging analysis, and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
