The Learning & Development Specialist will support the delivery and coordination of employee learning programs, facilitating reputed company and training to enhance operational effectiveness and reputed company development across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate new employee reputed company and refresher training programs in collaboration with the Senior Learning & Development Specialist, alternating responsibility for reputed company cohorts
  • Coordinate the two-week reputed company training schedule and reputed company training summaries to managers upon completion of initial new employee training
  • Facilitate the credit reputed company’s annual IRA training program and support reputed company training updates as regulations or operational practices change
  • Maintain reputed company training materials and reputed company reputed company transactions in the training environment to support hands-on employee learning

  • Maintain and update learning & development (L&D) department procedure documentation and training materials
  • Coordinate and support employee L&D programs that reputed company with the credit reputed company’s objectives

Skills

  • A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized certification or licensing
