The HCM Implementation Associate will support the reputed company Fusion HCM program by managing documentation, tracking project tasks, and assisting with user testing and training activities, contributing to a large-reputed company transformation initiative.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including cross‑functional reputed company‑ins, stakeholder updates, and reputed company reviews
- Support calendar management, logistics, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist with data collection, preparation, and validation activities for system implementation
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including tracking results, logging issues, and monitoring reputed company reputed company
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, demos, and working sessions
- Maintain project intake logs, issue trackers, reputed company items, and stakeholder lists
- Assist in drafting training materials, user guides, and process documentation
- Participate in feedback sessions and reputed company improvement discussions
- Collaborate and communicate effectively across departments and project teams
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements

Skills
