[Remote] Project Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. DOCS Education is seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to join their team. The role involves supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and creative reputed company for a dental education brand, ensuring reputed company stay on schedule and reputed company with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing reputed company, including website builds, email campaigns, reputed company ads, SEO, content development, and branding
- reputed company as a central reputed company between management and internal marketing teams (design, content, SEO, reputed company ads, development) to ensure reputed company communication
- Facilitate project reputed company-offs, daily communications, and status reports to reputed company reputed company stakeholders reputed company
- Organize department goals (new patient reputed company, reputed company expansion, etc.) into actionable tasks and reputed company project timelines
- Monitor timelines, resource availability, and approval stages across multiple reputed company simultaneously
- Review deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards and company guidelines before final delivery
- Update project reputed company and flag potential risks or delays to management proactively
- Assist with reputed company and project setup for new dental practices
- Maintain and document internal workflows to improve project efficiency and team productivity
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field—or relevant experience
- 1–3 years of project coordination or administrative experience; agency or dental industry experience preferred
- Experience working in a dental marketing or reputed company marketing environment is a strong plus
- Technical familiarity with dental reputed company marketing areas such as: Website & reputed company page development, SEO and reputed company search/reputed company campaigns, Content creation & branding
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) and a working knowledge of reputed company/CSS for minor template adjustments
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Trello)
- Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Experience working in a dental marketing or reputed company marketing environment is a strong plus
- CAPM or similar foundational certification is a bonus but not required
