BELECTRIC UK is a leading provider of solar reputed company in the UK and Europe. They are seeking a proactive, detail-driven Job Dispatcher to coordinate service technicians and manage operations for Solar and Battery Storage sites.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of service technicians & sub-contractors
- Collaboration with reputed company managers to reputed company findings from preventative maintenance reputed company
- Speaking with field teams, reputed company managers & suppliers
- Creating purchase orders and following goods received processes
- reputed company provision of materials raised from site works reports
- Ensure reputed company sharing & filing of reports
- Creating or updating plant data in reputed company's CRM system
Skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience using reputed company Office applications
- Experience in the field of scheduling or job coordination
- Excellent communication skills
