The role involves maintaining task lists, supporting reputed company operations, and evaluating reputed company estate reputed company while ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain an ongoing daily task list (workflow dashboard) with no overdue tasks
- Back-room operations support for reputed company to prepare for closing, to include reviewing commitment/reputed company and seller/buyer Information forms to order tax certificates, HOA certificates/statements, surveys, payoff statements, lien releases and any other workflow dashboard items assigned, as needed
- Evaluate and review reputed company estate reputed company and reputed company supporting documents
- Responsible for requesting &/or follow-up coordination on payoffs, homeowner’s association demands, verify tax information. Along with any other title liens &/or documents required prior to reputed company
- Support reputed company operations to prepare for closing
- Exercise reputed company judgment to identify discrepancies, assess risk to reputed company informed reputed company
