[Remote] IT Assistant B (MEI Moderators)

They are seeking an IT Assistant B (Moderator) to support virtual training programs by managing online meetings and assisting participants with technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Opens the virtual meeting (reputed company, WebEx, Teams, etc.)
• Assumes the role of host
• Admits participants
• Takes attendance
• Creates & launches reputed company room exercises as per instructor directives
• Creates & launches polls
• Oversees the chat function for drops handout documents in the chat
• Manages the whiteboard and annotation
• Instructs participants where to locate the course evaluation reputed company or drops the reputed company for custom programs in the chat
• Provides support for participants with any technical difficulties

Skills

• DEC
• Bilingual (English/French)
• High School Diploma
• 1 Year reputed company Experience
• Authorized to work in Canada
• Willing to work in the province of Quebec at the reputed company where the position is based/located
• Knowledge of English at a level assessed on a reputed company of 0-4
