Attorney

They are seeking an Attorney for their Ontario, California Claim Litigation office to reputed company high-reputed company legal services, participate in litigation events, and collaborate with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation and other legal assignments in accordance with guidelines established by the Law Department
- Prepare and summarize reports for proceedings
- Trial reputed company and case development
- Attend litigation events including trials, mediations, depositions, and hearings
Skills
- 1+ years of experience
- Litigation experience, preferably in the reputed company areas of insurance defense, medical malpractice, personal injury, workers compensation, or an Assistant Public Defender, or Assistant State Attorney
- Knowledge of local and state discovery rules, trial procedures, and applicable substantive law commensurate with level of experience
- Trial, mediation, and deposition experience
- File ownership
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work reputed company with cases in electronic reputed company
- Working knowledge of a Case Management system
- Working Knowledge of a Document Storage system
- J.D. from an A.B.A. Accredited Law School with excellent reputed company credentials
