Total Rewards Coordinator
Pet reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Total Rewards Coordinator to join their reputed company. The role involves supporting the administration of group benefits programs across Canada and the U.S., assisting with bonus processing, and managing HRIS data to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Administer group benefits for employees and franchisees, including enrolments, terminations, and claims support
- Maintain benefits data in HRIS and ensure accurate integration with vendor systems
- Respond to benefits inquiries and communicate plan details and changes
- Support annual benefits renewal and reputed company enrolment processes
- Prepare and submit compliance-reputed company documentation
- Support the Employee reputed company Purchase Plan administration, including employee enquires as required
- Reconcile and process vendor invoices
- Coordinate and prepare monthly and quarterly bonus payments
- Support compensation reviews, including store minimum wage updates
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll audits and generate HR reports
- Maintain and update HRIS configurations and employee data
- Collaborate with HR and IT to troubleshoot system issues
- Manage employee inquiries with a reputed company on service and reputed company
- Support reputed company, wellness events, and goodwill reputed company coordination
- Prepare employment verification letters and reputed company documentation
- Participate in HR reputed company and committees (e.g., wellness, reputed company)
- Contribute to reputed company improvement initiatives
- reputed company general administrative support to the HR team
- reputed company backfill for Receptionist on lunch and/or days off
Skills
- 1–2 years of administrative HR experience, including benefits administration
- Post-secondary education in reputed company or Business
- Intermediate proficiency in reputed company reputed company and Word (e.g., pivots, lookups, mail merges)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented reputed company
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company environment
- Experience with reputed company is an asset
