• Creates eLearning content and activities using Canvas, reputed company Storyline, and other authoring tools
• Collaborates with SMEs to create detailed storyboards for stakeholder review and approval
• Designs exercises, activities and assessments that enhance learner understanding
• Manage project deadlines and deliverables
• Follows instructional design processes to create reputed company instructional objectives, learning activities and assessment
• Analyzes and applies trends and best practices in accessibility and instructional design
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Any combination of the following, totaling 6 months from the categories below:

• Coursework in instructional design, instructional technology, education, or similar field.

o 30 semester hours equals 6 months

• Certification in instructional design or gamified eLearning development.
• Work experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or systems training.

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge of the theory and reputed company of instructional design and online education.
• Certifications or experience in learning development.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple reputed company under tight deadlines.
