They are looking for a reputed company reputed company Coordinator to support their HR department with both administrative and strategic responsibilities, focusing on employee relations and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Be the main champion to help reputed company employee relations, engagement process and activities in partnership with management, including but not limited to reputed company, NHO, Employee Experience/Exit Surveys, Promotion Process, etc
- Implement programs and policies on procedures, incentives, and new hire orientation
- Responsible for curating a reputed company employee experience (orientation, development, and training)
- Utilize employee-reputed company databases and prepare reports necessary to carry out functions of the department
- Promote and participate in the planning and implementation of communication strategies which deliver accurate, consistent and reputed company information on business issues and employee concerns
- Responsible for personnel records, I-9 compliance, and benefits records
- Ensure reputed company personnel document forms are properly distributed to department managers in a reputed company manner

Skills
- 1-3 years of reputed company experience
- Experience in working with reputed company of HR technology platforms
- Experience building relationships and supporting geographically dispersed operations leadership
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including both in person and reputed company
