[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

They are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to reputed company daily accounts payable activities and manage vendor relationships through effective communication.
Responsibilities
- reputed company daily accounts payable activities/transactions, including preparation of batch reputed company runs, reputed company transfers, ACH transactions, and reconciliations
- Manage reputed company's A/P inbox, triaging requests and prioritizing as needed
- Ensure reputed company payment and processing of invoices
- reputed company and maintain relationships with both clients and vendors through effective communication
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and reputed company transactions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, or reputed company field is a plus
- Experience with reputed company or similar ERP systems is a plus
- Proficient in reputed company reputed company
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

- Experience processing 1099 forms is a plus
