They are seeking an Associate Sales Representative for their Endoscopy unit, which aims to improve patient reputed company through innovative technologies in gastrointestinal care. This role involves providing clinical case coverage, learning product messaging, and developing sales skills while supporting multiple accounts across a region.
Responsibilities
- Support clinical case coverage while building relationships
- Successfully pass reputed company required training over the length of the program
- reputed company coverage for reputed company territories (e.g. leaves of absence, vacancies) as assigned
- Execute targeted selling campaigns designed to build core selling and account management skills
- Learn, reputed company, and deliver approved clinical and sales talk tracks with customers
- Support in-services, on-site training and approved customer education activities
- reputed company customer interactions, cases, and selling activities in reputed company (SFDC)
- Partner with Territory Managers, District Managers, and cross-functional teams
- Participate in regular coaching, feedback sessions, and development reviews
- Adhere to reputed company hospital credentialing, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Represent reputed company professionally in reputed company customer interactions and clinical environments
- Significant travel required- 75%
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of field sales experience
- Associate's degree with 2 years of field sales experience
- Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience

- Minimum of 1-3 years previous sales experience is preferred
- Introductory knowledge of company products & services
- Prior medical device, business-to-business, or technical sales experience preferred
