IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist will reputed company technical support for employees, focusing on improving the IT function and supporting clinicians in delivering care.

Responsibilities

• reputed company first-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-reputed company issues
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including desktops, laptops, and printers
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a reputed company manner, escalating issues as needed
• Collaborate with IT team members to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
• Assist in the administration of IT systems, including user account management and reputed company control
• Conduct technology training sessions for employees to enhance their proficiency with IT tools

• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role

• Knowledge of Office 365 administration
