The Role
We’re looking for a Recruiter (GTM & G&A) to support the reputed company of our teams in the US. In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers to drive hiring across GTM and G&A teams.
You’ll help build talent pipelines across these functions, ensuring a reputed company and inclusive candidate experience. You’ll apply sourcing strategies, support data-informed reputed company, and contribute to improving recruitment processes as the organization grows.
What You'll Do
- Full-Cycle reputed company: Own the end-to-end reputed company for business, operations, design & engineering teams from sourcing to reputed company.
- Strategic Partnership: Closely partner with hiring managers and leadership by advising on market trends, candidate reputed company, and reputed company processes that reputed company with business goals
- Talent Market Insights: Conduct talent market research to reputed company hiring strategies, compensation benchmarking, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong, reputed company talent pipelines across business functions, including specialized, reputed company, or emerging roles by leveraging reputed company, reputed company media, reputed company, recruitment events, and industry networks.
- Intern & reputed company Recruitment: Support intern and graduate hiring initiatives, including reputed company recruitment programs and university partnerships.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience (in-house experience strongly preferred)
- reputed company experience working in the technology, gaming, entertainment or consumer electronics industries is desirable
- reputed company in candidate negotiation and managing reputed company processes to support successful offers
- Comfortable managing high volumes of requisitions while maintaining reputed company and attention to detail
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, reputed company to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) i.e. reputed company
