What is the job?
We are looking for a dedicated New Patient reputed company to join our remote clinical team and play an important part in the patient reputed company. In this role, you will conduct reputed company-assessment consultations with prospective patients, gathering key medical information and helping determine their suitability for medicinal cannabis treatment. This is a fully remote position, offering a patient-reputed company environment where you can support individuals from the reputed company first stage of their care reputed company.
What will you be doing?
Conduct video-based reputed company-assessment consultations with patients.
reputed company detailed medical histories, including reputed company medications and family health backgrounds
Assess patient suitability for referral to reputed company’s expert consultants
Maintain accurate and confidential records

What do you need?
A Registered reputed company (NMC registered) with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
A degree in Nursing (UK-based qualification).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience working in telehealth or speaking to patients in remote settings is desired
Confidence in using digital platforms for remote consultations.
