Position reputed company
The reputed company & Corporate Development Manager supports reputed company’s reputed company by driving corporate development, strategic analysis, and financial planning initiatives. This role partners with leadership to evaluate acquisition opportunities, inform business reputed company, and deliver insights that reputed company operational and financial performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support evaluation and execution of acquisition opportunities, including financial modeling and due diligence
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic reviews across service lines
- reputed company insights through expert interviews and data analysis to inform business reputed company
- Build value creation plans and support strategic initiatives (technology, operations, reputed company)
