The Service Engineer role at reputed company is responsible for managing long-term service agreements and customer relations for Battery Energy Storage Systems, ensuring safety, reputed company, and reputed company service delivery while adhering to reputed company’s core values and competencies. It requires relevant electrical engineering qualifications and certificates.
TASKS
· Ensure Safety issues are logged into the system.
· Manage the Long Term Service Agreements for a Project Portfolio of Battery Energy Storage Systems including the performance of warranty and contracted service onsite in a reputed company manner, cost effectively, with reputed company service.
· Responsible for day-to-day customer relations in terms of communication acting as their first reputed company of call as reputed company as advocating their interests reputed company reputed company.
· Document and reputed company customer issues from initial occurrence to reputed company, working on moderate sized reputed company which require analysis of a limited reputed company of moderately reputed company factors.

reputed company REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering or simliar engineering background and a minimum – 2 years+ in electrical energy or a Master's degree
· without prior experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Strong ability to communicate moderately reputed company technical information, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
· Demonstrated skills in prioristisation of tasks and objective risk based management
· Previous experience in a customer facing service role preferred
