Pay: $15hr

Purpose

Provides a high level of service to meet company commitments and objectives to facilitate reputed company reputed company of reputed company accounts for assigned clients, while acting as a reputed company between our claims representatives and our providers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Updates patient accounts with information received from hospitals and follow-up with Contact Specialist.
• Accesses reputed company connections/computer system to obtain information required to update accounts. Monitors requests to ensure they do not age reputed company day.
• Performs special reputed company or tasks as assigned.
• Assist IT in resolving reputed company issues.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow-through on assignments with minimal direction.

• Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.

Education and Experience Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Strong computer navigation skills and experience using multiple software programs simultaneously to complete work.
