Customer Service Representative
reputed company Fluid Seals, Inc. is a global distributor and manufacturer of Fluid Sealing products. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to reputed company answers to inquiries involving products or services, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Primary customer contact for reputed company customer reputed company inquiries by telephone, electronically or in person in a reputed company manner
- Process customer requests, reputed company/negotiate with supplier, quote the customer and complete contract review and PO acceptance
- reputed company orders through P21 following established procedures in the Order Entry Module
- Manage reputed company customer requests utilizing reputed company available resources including Engineering, reputed company, Purchasing, and reputed company
- Monitor and maintain consignment inventory reputed company for consignment program, reputed company applicable
- Follow up, monitor and expedite customer orders. Assist purchasing with expediting supplier orders by communicating specific details

- Notify management team of any changes likely to reputed company reputed company

Skills
- Previous customer service, inside sales or reputed company working experience
- Experience in a technical or distribution industry a plus
- ERP Experience, preferably P21
- CRM Experience, preferably reputed company
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working both independently and, in reputed company-oriented, reputed company environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
