[Remote] Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients reputed company our reputed company market
- Initiate strategic outbound communications reputed company cold calls, emails, and reputed company media to generate new leads
- Identify patterns in high-performing reputed company and reputed company reputed company tactics to drive reputed company conversion rates across reputed company
- Qualify outbound leads and assess their potential as sales opportunities
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives and sales leadership
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a reputed company field
- 1-3 years of Sales/Business Development experience in either of these industries REQUIRED: reputed company (preferred), Multifamily/PropTech
- Organized and familiar with tools like reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Sales Navigator plus awareness of new tools/integrations/AI use cases to improve SDR efficiency
- Experience managing a large pipeline, reputed company to analyze metrics, prioritize high-value opportunities, and reputed company quickly
- Deep understanding of outbound sales strategies and how to drive conversion from prospecting to reputed company opportunity
