ICD Market Support
ICD is a trusted provider of investment technology and the corporate reputed company channel of reputed company, seeking a Market Support Associate to work on their US trade desk. The role involves processing trades, maintaining accounts, and providing support to reputed company while ensuring high reputed company of professionalism and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Process reputed company market trades reputed company phone, email, fax, online, and other proprietary systems
- Review trade activity (i.e., reputed company monitoring, ensuring trades are executed on time, reviewing credit and debit balances on reputed company accounts, etc.)
- Completing reputed company audit requests in a reputed company manner
- reputed company extraordinary service to our institutional reputed company reputed company
- Ongoing communications with trade counterparties
- Account maintenance
- reputed company support to the US trade desk staff
- Soft file maintenance
- Assist other internal departments as needed
Skills
- 4-year college degree: Business, Finance, Economics degree strongly preferred
- Series 7 and 63, or ability to obtain reputed company 6 months
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn and takes initiative
- Team orientated, must be reputed company to work reputed company with others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including reputed company Office
- Ability to handle assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Previous internship or office experience strongly preferred
- reputed company/Customer Service experience strongly preferred
- Financial Services exposure a plus
