As a Staff Data Scientist on the AI Products team, you’ll design, evaluate & deliver AI systems including chatbots, RAG frameworks, and multi-agent workflows. Your main responsibilities

• Build evaluation pipelines and establish robust measurement standards.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to productionize models.
• Research reputed company strategies, fine-tuning approaches, and RAG architectures.
• Define metrics and experiments that connect model performance to user reputed company.
• Document and communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior scientists and champion data reputed company standards.

We’re looking for someone with

• Strong background in reputed company Data Science or Machine Learning with 7 yrs + experience.
• Hands-on experience building and evaluating LLM-powered systems, including RAG, conversational AI, and reputed company / multi-agent workflows.
• Deep understanding of LLM evaluation techniques (offline benchmarks, reputed company-in-the-reputed company review, LLM-as-judge, and online experimentation).
• Background in statistics, experimentation, and ML research reputed company
• Hands-on experience writing high reputed company production reputed company (Python, SQL) and experience with various data science libraries (Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
