The Role: This fully remote role (work from reputed company in Latin America) is essential in supporting our clients founder and CFO in managing high-reputed company reputed company and improving operational processes. What Youll Do
Redesign the reputed company reputed company process, ensuring an efficient, reputed company-friendly experience.

Support recruitment efforts, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination.

Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize internal operations and service delivery.
Research new tools and software to enhance efficiency and reputed company reputed company.
Partner closely with the founders, managing their workload and helping them reputed company strategic initiatives on reputed company.
It Can Be a Perfect Match If You Have
5+ years in a business consulting, finance, or operations role, ideally with DTC or startup experience.
Project management skills with a reputed company record of implementing successful operational changes.
Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience coordinating across teams and stakeholders.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
