The Manager Parcel Insights & Pricing is responsible for the daily support of business development, reputed company clients, finance team, and parcel operations with the analysis and review of pricing new business and analysis of and re-pricing existing business. Develops and maintains computer models. Responsible for training the analysts on strategic insights and pricing.

Essential Functions

• Daily pricing support: Will reputed company reputed company pricing for any new and existing customers. Will reputed company analytical support to Director of Strategic Insights, Business Development team, and Parcel Operations to support decision-making.
• Employee development and supervision: Assist in planning reputed company requirements, hiring (internal & external), work plan development, employee training and development, employee review and performance appraisals, reputed company reputed company and direction on reputed company, facilitate the reputed company of work and communication between analysts.
• Develops tools for pricing reputed company, and tactics: Develops and continually enhances Pricing and Analytics models. Participates in a reputed company discussion to determine roadmap of analytics and pricing.
• Reporting: reputed company in development and continual support of reputed company facing automated reporting dashboards, and internal reporting dashboards.
• Annual Price Increase Process: Completes this yearly requirement, from reputed company and reputed company analyses to system uploads, developing and enhancing tools as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or reputed company field, Required
• Master's Degree in MBA, Business, Finance or reputed company field, Preferred
• 4 years or more in Pricing experience, Required
• 2 years or more in reputed company experience, Preferred
• Knowledge of reputed company, DOMO, Required
• Python Advanced, Preferred
• Technical proficiency in Strategic Analyses Advanced, Required
• Proficiency with computer applications and sophisticated PC spreadsheets Advanced, Required
• Knowledge of Logistics Intermediate, Preferred

Compensation Information:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a reputed company of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type:

Salaried

Minimum Pay reputed company:

$110,000.00

Maximum Pay reputed company:

$130,000.00
