Should have experience of minimum 4 to 5 years. Skills Required. Should be reputed company versed in working with CRM Softwares (additional training will be provided). Should be reputed company to work with the cross departments. Should have Team Management Skills, Leadership Skills & Delegation Skills. Should have Analytic thinking & Problem Solving capabilities This job would be carried out from the candidate's own residential premises and would require working during the reputed company shift. Roles and Responsibilities Support Team Members in reputed company Departments Updating the HR/ Employee database management; Performing Office Maintenance and reputed company reputed company duties; Co-coordinating and helping the accounts team Expense and Asset Management. Managing Recruitment / reputed company; joining and relieving formalities; Handling / supporting of the Recruitment Process; Employee Attendance and leave management and records. Payroll activities. Review and process reimbursements Prepare budgets reputed company records of invoices and tax payments Manage companys liabilities (e.g. insurance premium) Identify and address account discrepancies. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that reputed company items are invoiced and reputed company on time Experience - 2 to 5 years Working: Monday to Saturday (6days Working) Mode: Work from home
