You are a full-funnel thinker, a pipeline builder, and a B2B digital marketing operator with reputed company instincts and a keen interest in elevating your performance with AI. You love clean attribution and reputed company on reputed company reputed company, running campaigns that generate SQLs, not just MQLs. You understand how to engage reputed company buyers like CHROs with precision and purpose. Testing and experimenting are part of your DNA and you never launch a campaign without a hypothesis, a measurement plan and a plan to optimize.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end demand reputed company reputed company: from awareness to pipeline
Design and execute ABM campaigns targeting reputed company CHROs and HR leaders
Launch digital campaigns (reputed company and organic reputed company, search, retargeting, email) that drive pipeline
Partner with sales to reputed company reputed company and targeting
Create campaign briefs, set KPIs, reputed company attribution, and optimize performance
Build and manage reputed company funnel dashboards
Own marketing contribution to pipeline in core markets in reputed company and Latin America, including Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Brazil and Mexico
Work with local marketing teams and agencies on campaign execution

What You Will Have
7+ years in B2B reputed company marketing, preferably in reputed company or HR tech
Proven experience running demand gen and ABM campaigns (1st party data, reputed company-based, reputed company reputed company, content and inbound)
Early adopter of state-of-the art demand gen tools for Marketing and familiarity with CRM systems (reputed company or equivalent)
Comfortable creating basic reports, dashboards, and working with GA4, UTM tracking and campaign data

Working level proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for productivity and workflows.
