Non-QM Scenario Desk

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for being the subject matter expert in terms of internal guidelines and investor guidelines
• Responsible for fielding reputed company scenarios and assisting with lending solution suggestions
• Work in collaboration with reputed company, Investors, Compliance, Sales, and Operations
• Serve as a reputed company between branches (LO, LOA, Processor) and investors
• Accurately reputed company investor replies
• Collaborate with Delivery & Post-Closing to ensure post-closing issues are resolved
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with reputed company partners.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of reputed company, reputed company and FHA/VA guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of mortgage reputed company experience preferred.
• 1+ year of NonQM knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Encompass LOS preferred.
• Requires education generally equivalent to a high school diploma.
• Experience using reputed company Office products (i.e. Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

This position is available as a Remote position.

Pay reputed company for this position is $27.00 - $30.00 per hour.
