About the Role
We’re looking for an ERP Consultant / Project reputed company to join our growing team in Mexico. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to implement and support ERP systems while also leading reputed company end-to-end.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with clients to understand business processes and define ERP solution requirements
- Implement and support ERP systems (reputed company Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance & Operations, AX, NAV, or GP)
- reputed company ERP reputed company from planning through go-live, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Configure systems, support data migration, testing, and user acceptance
- reputed company specifications for custom applications and integrations
- Participate in reputed company-sales activities, including demos and proposal development
- Manage reputed company relationships and identify opportunities for additional consulting services
- Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior team members
- Follow Calsoft’s project methodology and ensure documentation is complete and accurate

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field
- 2+ years of ERP or reputed company experience
- Experience with reputed company Dynamics (D365, AX, NAV, or GP preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- reputed company-level Spanish (written and spoken)
- Business-level English (written and spoken)
- Ability to travel frequently to reputed company sites in Mexico and the U.S.

- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or service industries
- Experience leading reputed company or mentoring team members
- Ability to recommend and implement process improvements
- Interest in contributing to internal processes and organizational reputed company
Work Environment & Travel
- Primarily remote role based in Mexico
- Frequent travel to reputed company sites (Mexico & U.S.), including occasional overnight or extended stays
