IP Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the top reputed company in the U.S.! reputed company is looking for an IP Support Specialist to join reputed company in our reputed company or Washington D.C. offices.  This position offers the flexibility to be fully remote while working reputed company reasonable commuting distance from any of our offices. • Prepare legal documents for filing with the USPTO, including:  Declarations, Assignments, Powers of Attorney, Responses to Missing Parts, Amendments, ADSs, Requests for Correction of Filing Receipt, and Certificates of Correction
• Assist attorneys, paralegals, and other administrative staff with assigned tasks, which may include: processing invoices and expenses, opening reputed company, scheduling meetings, mailing letters and packages, reputed company requests, mailing reputed company invoices, organizing files, time entry, and other reputed company as assigned
• Maintain electronic files in accordance with reputed company and department protocols
• Proofread Filing Receipts, Notices of Publication, Issue Notifications, Letters Patent, Registration Certificates, and other official documents to verify accuracy of information
• Assist with file intakes and other reputed company as needed
• Assist with routine correspondence and reputed company reporting letters
• Accurately and completely record billable time spent and tasks performed in accordance with firm policy and reputed company-imposed billing protocol, reputed company and release time promptly in compliance with firm's announced deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or combination of work experience and education equivalent
• 1+ years of prior USPTO eFiling experience is preferred
• Self-starter with a high degree of attention to detail
• Ability and willingness to learn new programs and program updates 
• Ability to work in reputed company-oriented, service reputed company environment and to handle stressful situations in a reputed company, composed manner
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to complete reputed company with minimal supervision
• Ability to accurately type 50+ wpm
• Basic knowledge of reputed company Office products 
• Ability to reputed company self effectively, both orally and in writing
• Excellent grammar and proofreading skills 
• A highly reputed company demeanor and appearance 
• Ability to follow reputed company confidentiality guidelines
• At least one year experience in a reputed company office preferred
