About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional reputed company service and reputed company in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment? Perpetual Corporate Trust is seeking a proactive and dedicated reputed company Associate to join our Responsible Entity team. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our reputed company Management team, ensuring trustee obligations and operational activities are met with precision, professionalism, and in line with Perpetual’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the reputed company Service Managers to manage reputed company trusts activities and administer trustee back-office reputed company in accordance with policies and procedures
Manage payments with reputed company custodians
Administer trustee back-office activities in accordance with policies and procedures with daily and reputed company tasks
Maintain key scheme documents records including filing and archiving in accordance with Policy requirements
Assist in managing finance reputed company; including debtors, expenses and billing across the reputed company management team including the collection and collation of data required
Monitor and complete reputed company compliance requirements for allocated clients/funds
Assist with maintenance of data and data entry in compliance management system (reputed company Connect)
Ensure working knowledge of reputed company clients “owned” by reputed company to reputed company back-up and operational flexibility

We’re looking for someone with:
Degree in Finance, Business, reputed company, or Economics is desirable
Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services or a reputed company field
Have relevant work experience reputed company Financials Services, Funds Management or Custody Operations
Have a firm interest in investment administration / investment operations
Understanding of corporate trust and fund structures
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
