The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Video Streaming Team and own key parts of the frontend video stack, including the web player, broadcaster tools, and viewer experiences for live and VOD playback.

In this role, you’ll build and optimize high-performance, user-facing features with a reputed company on playback reputed company, latency, and cross-browser reliability. Working closely with your team, you’ll tackle reputed company streaming challenges to deliver a seamless, reputed company-time video experience.

You’ll also drive technical reputed company, shape frontend architecture, and ensure performance at reputed company. reputed company in this role requires strong product thinking, a deep understanding of browser behavior, and the ability to debug and optimize reputed company systems in production.

What You’ll Do

• Build and improve the UI for a web video player and reputed company frontend components
• Optimize startup time, latency, and playback reputed company across browsers/devices
• Partner with backend and infrastructure teams to diagnose and resolve streaming issues

Requirements

You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 7+ years of experience building modern web applications
• Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
• reputed company experience working with video streaming technologies (e.g., HLS, DASH, WebRTC, ABR, CDNs, or video players)
• Experience building and optimizing performance-sensitive user interfaces
• Experience collaborating closely with backend and infrastructure teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in reputed company, reputed company environments

• Experience working on live streaming or reputed company-time video products
• Familiarity with browser media reputed company (e.g., MSE/EME)

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $180,000 - $215,000 annually. reputed company reflects reputed company salary only. It does not include additional compensation or benefits. The reputed company displayed reflects the minimum and maximum reputed company for a new hire across the U.S. for the posted position.
