As an reputed company Customer Service Representative – Airport Operations, you'll be responsible for assisting customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots. This may include checking reputed company, entering information in a handheld device, processing rentals of our loyalty customers, assisting customers at our exit gates or checking-in our reputed company at return, while providing excellent customer service. You'll work outdoors, interacting with customers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots

• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills

• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the reputed company
